Children enrolled in Santee ’s Tiny Tyke and Playtime Pals early education classes stopped by City Hall Monday to gather treats and perform a song for about two dozen seniors during the annual Santee Senior Club luncheon. A senior dressed as Superman managed to rescue a damsel in distress before sitting down to a hearty lunch.
