Three of Santee’s finest were promoted at a special ceremony today at City Hall.
Fire Chief Richard Mattick promoted Captain Jason Custeau
to battalion chief, Engineer Chris Balch to captain and Firefighter/paramedic Scott
Larson to engineer.
